In some cases, Buzzly AI provides WhatsApp numbers to clients to facilitate the operation of their AI agents. In such cases:

All information received through these numbers is processed under the same confidentiality and security conditions as the rest of the platform.
Buzzly AI does not access or use contact data beyond what is necessary to deliver the contracted service.
Clients retain full control over the data and may request portability or deletion of information associated with those numbers at any time.
 5.⁠ ⁠Where and for how long we store information
Data is stored on secure servers located in certified data centers, under strict security and encryption protocols.
Conversation records and associated data are retained for a maximum period of 90 days, unless otherwise instructed by the client for early deletion or extended retention.
After that period, data is automatically and securely deleted.
 6.⁠ ⁠Security and confidentiality
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect all processed information, including:

Encryption of data in transit and at rest
Restricted and audited access
Continuous platform monitoring
Periodic security testing and audits
Buzzly AI maintains technical activity logs for monitoring, auditing, and security compliance purposes, without accessing the private content of conversations unless strictly necessary to resolve technical incidents with the client’s authorization.

 7.⁠ ⁠Shared responsibility and client obligations
Buzzly AI acts as a data processor of the data processed through the platform, but it is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that their own users and contacts have been properly informed and have provided the necessary consent for automated communication and data processing.
The client is responsible for the appropriate use of the service and the data processed through their agents. Buzzly AI shall not be held liable for any improper, illegal, or unauthorized use of the platform by the client or their users.
The client agrees to use the service in accordance with applicable laws on communications, data protection, and anti-spam practices. Buzzly AI reserves the right to suspend or cancel the service if it detects any violations of these policies.
Buzzly AI assumes no responsibility for security incidents, data breaches, or unauthorized access that may occur on third-party platforms connected by the client through integrations.
 8.⁠ ⁠Exclusion of commercial guarantees
The use of AI agents is intended to optimize communication processes and lead generation, without constituting a guarantee of specific commercial results.

 9.⁠ ⁠Immediate service suspension
Buzzly AI reserves the right to immediately suspend the service, without prior notice, in the event that activities are detected that violate the law, anti-spam policies, or any misuse that could harm third parties or the platform.

10.⁠ ⁠Data sharing with third parties
Buzzly AI does not share contact or conversation data with unauthorized third parties.
In the case of integrations with platforms such as WhatsApp Business API or CRM tools, these are conducted under agreements and security policies that are compatible and compliant.
